For DFW arrivals our professional drivers will meet you at your baggage claim or curbside outside at the BLUE “Pre-arranged Limousine Passenger Pickup Zone”. Your driver will assist you with your luggage, and escort you to your car.

If you are arriving at Love Field, your car and driver will station outside of the terminal directly across the drive from the baggage claim area.

For your transfer to the airport, our driver will arrive promptly at your pick-up location, assist you with your luggage and transfer you directly to your departing airport and gate area. We constantly monitor arriving and departing flights to ensure the avoidance of unexpected delays and provide superlative service.

Tips and Tricks for Renting

Shopping by lowest the price will most likely leave you dissatisfied and disappointed.

In the limousine industry, there are many variances of quality and price. All too often, the cheaper price creates the greatest risk and you will be most likely disappointed and frustrated with your limousine experience and event. Here are some of the risks involved, but you saved money.

• Your vehicle does not show up on time or at all, you miss your event.
• The vehicle is an older vehicle, unclean, poorly maintained.
• Your vehicle shows up with an unprofessional driver with poor hygiene, no language skills, exercises poor customer service with you or your most important client, which causes embarrassment or loss of an account.
• Your vehicle has an accident and does not have the proper insurance to cover the damages involved.

Questions to ask a transportation operator

• Insurance and permits; commercial insurance and the proper City and Airport permits are essential.
• Ask to see the vehicles.
• Get a signed contract; companies who can’t supply a contract may not be confident in their ability to fulfill the job.
• Do I Need To Provide A Deposit?
  Most companies require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation with the remaining balance due after your event. Final charges are based on the actual time and services provided.
• Can I Rent a Vehicle for 1 Hour?
  Most companies require a minimum of 2 to 6 hours depending on the type of vehicle, time of the year and type of event. Prom season has higher hourly rates and higher hour minimums due to the overwhelming demand for vehicles. One-hour rentals are not cost effective when you consider vehicle prep time and driver wages.
• Do We Have To Pay For The Vehicle While We Attend The Event?
  When you are not using the vehicle during your rental (i.e.; bar-hopping, dinner reservations, sporting events, concerts, etc.) you still have to pay for the rental time, even though you are not physically using the vehicle. Some companies may offer a “split” – drop off and pick-up at your location but this situation can be more expensive than the hourly rate.
• When Do My Rental Charges Begin?
  This varies by company and locations. Be sure to ask Limousine Company specifically how they charge. Travel time is usual in rural areas where the closest limousine service may be miles away.
• Can We Drink Alcohol In The Vehicle?
  It is against the law for limousine companies to provide alcohol for the clients, however you may bring your own. Our limousines are always equipped with ice and soft drinks. UNDERAGE drinking is not allowed under any circumstances.
• Do we have to tip the driver?
  The standard gratuity is 20% of the total fare quoted. Due to the volatile fuel market, most companies are adding fuel surcharge that is based on the total charge, not including the driver gratuity. Should you feel that your driver performed in an exceeding manner, you may tip extra.
